Hotel room reservation
Room reservation must be made using the registration form, which
should be submitted to the Congress Secretariat at the earliest and no
later than October 15,2006. After this date, reservations will be made
subject to availability.
Payment
All prices quoted in this booklet are in US dollars. Payment in
other currencies will not be accepted. The fees can be paid by
credit cards, bank check and bank draft. Payment of fees must
accompany all registration form. The registration will be authorized
only after receipt of the registration fee.
Credit card: Only VISA and MASTER card will be accepted. Please
complete the card details in the registration form. The credit card
payment with out the signature of the card owner will not be able to
complete the payment process.
Confirmation
A letter comfirming the registration and room reservation will be sent
to the delegate by post or electronic letter.
