Poster and Oral Presentation
Poster sessions will be arranged so that each poster will
be on dislayed for full day. Participants who wish to present
a poster or free communication should complete the encosed
Abstract Form and return the original plus two photocopies,
together with the Registration Form.
Abstract, Registration Forms and the fee should
reach the Congress Secretariat by May 31, 2006. The authors
will be notified about the acceptance of Abstracts by July 31,
2006. The day of presentation at The Congress will be intimated
to the author by September 30, 2006.
Instruction for preparing poster
Posters should be prepared in advanced and
should be brought in person by participants. Poster boards would
be provided size being 1 m. x 1 m. Posters should be legible
from a distance of 1-2 m. Therefore, your poster should use
letters that are about 1-4 cm. high. It is advisable to organize
your poster in section, e.g. Introduction, Materials and Methods,
Results and Conclusions. The use of color is recommended. Material
for assemling posters will be provided. Authors presentating
posters will be asked to mount their materials as early as possible
in the morning and remove them at the end of the scientific
session of the day.
Instruction for typing abstracts
Abstracts must be submitted for all free communications,
poster and by all invited symposia speakers. The abstract will
be printed by Photo-Offset Process. Extreme care in the preparation
of the abstract is essential.
Abstracts must be written in English. Standard
abbreviation should be used throughout. Any special or unusual
abbreviations should be placed at first mention in brackets
after the full word for which it stands. Please limit to a minimum
use of abbreviations in yours abstract.
The final abstract must be printed or typed
within the space provided. Please do not print or type the abstract
at right angle to that required. If you use a photocopy of the
abstract form, do not change the dimensions of the abstract.
Ensure that when mailing, your abstract is packaged so as to
protect it from bending or folding by inserting the abstract
between cardboard liners. Please send two copies of the abstract
along with the original one.
Abstract not conforming to the above specifications are liable
to be rejected. The abstracts can also be sent by e-mail or
on a diskette by post. Submission abstract (via e-mail is also
preferable) should be in the form of Microsoft Word file (document
file)
Suggested
layout of an abstract
Title: The title
of the abstracts should be in capital letters with a bold face
across the top of the rectangle.
Name(s) and Address(es)
of Author(s) : Names should follow the title,
using initial(s) after the surname. Department, institute, city
and country should then follow with single spacing between lines.
Underline the name of the author presenting the paper. The Presenter
must be a registered delegate.
Text:
Leave a single space before the text and confine the text to
on paragraph. The text should be organized to cover the purpose
of the study, methods and procedures used, results obtained
and conclusions drawn.
Font used in the abstracts must be universal fonts only, such
as Times New Roman 12 Pitch font.

abstract will be considered for inclusion in the final
program or
presentation unless accompanied by the completed registration
form and fee.
