Place and time
The exhibition will be held at the Pattaya Exhibition and Convention
Hall (PEACH). from Wednesday, October 25 at up to and including
Saturday, October 28, 2006.

Admission
All registered participants and registered accompanying
persons have free admission to the exhibition.
Organization
The Local Organizing Committee of the XXXV World Congress of
the International College of Surgeons is organizer of the exhibition.

Stand rental
The rental fee is US$ 450 per square meter for prime area and
US$ 400 per square meter for regular area (excl. VAT). Reduced
fee for publishing houses and book stores US$ 300 per square
meter (excl. VAT). Floor space is available in units of a minimum
of 9 square meters (3x3 meter). The rental fee is excluding
stand construction and including:
- Listing of name in the final program, as well as a short
company profile
- 3 free exhibitor badges per 9 square meters
Stand rental including shell scheme stand construction
Exhibitors who do not wish to construct their own stand
may order a shell scheme stand construction of an additional
charge. Basic shell scheme construction contains: aluminum frame
construction, open ceiling, white MDF wall panels 250 cm high
by 100 cm width, fascia, fluorescent lights 2 per 9 square meters,
and 1 wall socket (13 amp). The square meter price is US$50.00
(excluding VAT).
Exhibition Manual
In June 2006, the Exhibition Manual, containing a list
of official contractors, available services, pertinent order
forms for audio-visual equipment, parking permits, furniture,
labor, flowers, telephone, air plumbing, electricity, security,
booth cleaning, etc., will be sent to exhibiting companies of
which the organization has received the signed exhibition contract.

How to book exhibition space
Please complete the enclosed Exhibition Contract and
return it to the Congress Organizer. On receipt of your contract
we will send you a confirmation and invoice for the first advance
payment of 30% of the total amount. Exhibition space will be
assigned by the Organizing Committee on a ‘first come first
served’ basis. In case the requested location is not available,
the Congress Organizer will assign space as close as possible
to your preferred location in an impartial manner. Exhibitors
wishing to avoid being assigned space adjacent to that of a
particular competitor should indicate this on their application.
All such requests will be respected as far as possible.
Terms of payment
After the enclosed Exhibition Contract is received by
the Congress Organizer, a confirmation and an invoice for the
first non-refundable installment of 30% of the total amount
will be sent and is due to being paid within one month after
the date indicated on the invoice. The balance of the full payment
is due and payable before 30 June 2006. All fees, applicable
to Thai and non-Thai companies, must be paid in US Dollars
Cancellation or reduction
Notification of an exhibitor’s decision to cancel or
reduce exhibit space must be submitted to the Congress Organizer
in writing. The effective date of space cancellation or reduction
will be the date on which the Congress Organizer receives the
written notice.
Cancellation schedule
- After signing the exhibition contract 40% of the full costs
of the exhibition space will be retained.
- After 12 June 2005, the exhibiting company will be responsible
for 75% of the costs of the original exhibit space, regardless
whether the space is resold
- After 12 August 2005, no refunds are made.
