What does the fee cover: 

Participants

Admission to scientific program, exhibition, satellite symposia, abstract book, final program, opening ceremony, welcome reception, Thai night, congress satchel, coffee breaks and complimentary tour. 

Accompanying persons

Admission to opening ceremony, welcome reception, Thai night, exhibition and complimentary tour. 

Cancellation

The congress secretariat should be notified in writing. Payment minus an administration fee:

Before July 31, 2006       refund with 30% deduction for administrative fee
After July 31, 2006         refund with 50% deduction for administrative fee
Refund will be processed after the congress. No refund after September 15, 2006
