All foreign visitors entering Thailand must be in possession of a passport, travel documents endorsed and valid for Thailand. For nationals of Denmark, Norway, Sweden, United States of America, Germany, all ASEAN countries, Republic of Korea, a stay of 15 days without visa is permitted. For all other nationals, please contact the Royal Thai Embassy or Consulate in your country.

Thai Airways International has been appointed as the official carrier for the meeting. Please contact your nearest Thai International Office for your travel reservations.

Bangkok International Airport (Don Muang) is located 20 kms. from the city center. There are two International Arrival Terminals: Number 1 and 2. Distance between Bangkok International Airport and the Meeting Venue (Imperial Queen’s Park Hotel) are approximately 30 km. You can reach the hotel by taxis, airport limousines and Airport Shuttle Buses( No. 3 to Sukhumvit Road)
