Cancellation and refund policy
The Secretariat must be notified in writing of all cancellations. Refund will be made after the meeting, according to the following schedule.
Cancellation before October 1, 2001 : 50% refund
Cancellation after October 1, 2001 : no refund
Payment
All payment must be in US dollars bank draft, payable to the 4th Regional Pediatric Dermatology or by credit card.
Acknowledgement
All registrations will be acknowledged in writing with confirmation of requirements as indicated on your registration form and receipt for any payment received. Please check your confirmation letter carefully and notify the Secretariat immediately for any errors or changes required.
