2. The entire abstract including the
title, author(s), location and text must fit within the 11 x 15 sq. cm.
Leave neither a top nor left margin within the rectangle. The abstract
itself must contain no more than 250 words.itself must contain no more than

CAPITALIZE the entire title and UNDERLINE the name of author who will present
the paper. Abbreviations must not be used in the title. After the title,
list the author's names and institutional affiliations, OMIT degrees, titles,
institutional appointments, address and Zip code. The text should be typed using
single spacing. Do not indent the title and each paragraph. |
4. Simple tables or graphs (neat and in black ink) may be included if they fit within
the reproduction form. |

Abbreviations must be defined by placing them in parentheses after the full word
the first time they appear. Use numerals to indicate numbers except when
beginning sentences. |

Nonproprietary (generic) names, written in lower-case letters, are required the
first time a drug is mentioned. Proprietary names are always capitalized. |

Abstract will appear exactly as submitted. |

CHECK ONE KEY WORD in the left-had column of the abstract form, which best categorizes
the subject of the abstract. |

Submission abstracts (via e-mail is also preferable) in form of Microsoft Word
file (document file). The abstract must not contain more than 250 words as well.
Font used in the abstracts must be universal fonts only, such as Times New
Roman and Arial. Abstract saved in form of Picture or Clip file, such as Bitmap,
JPEG or TIFF, is not acceptable except picture and graph as necessary. |
10. Mail an original copy of the completed abstract form together with diskette
or CD of abstract file to Conference Secretariat. Submission abstracts via e-mail
is also accepted. Identify any potential conflict of interest. This information
will not be used in considering the scientific merit of submitted abstracts but
will be published in the Abstract Book. | NO

stand will be provided at the Charoen-Wanna Siriwattanapakdee Room closed to the
conventioncentre. The poster setup could be done during 8.00 - 9.00 h. Poster
will be displayed since November 6- 8, 2005 with plenty of time for authors to
discuss their work with participants before the meeting startand during the coffee
break time (10.30-11.00 h. and 15.30-16.00 h.). To affix the poster, any sharpmaterials
such nails, pins or stapler are not allowed to use. Two side tape is the most
recommendedmaterials. Please be noted that the posting material should be provided
by the presenters.
Registration is required
for the presenting author. Abstract submitted by fax will not be accepted. Abstract
