All prices quoted in this book are in USD. Payment in other currencies will not be accepted. The fees canbe paid by Credit cards and bank draft. Please note that personal or company cheques are not accepted.Payment of fees must accompany all Registration form. The registration will be authorized only afterreceipt of the registration fee.

   Only VISA and MASTER card will be accepted. Please complete the card details in the registration form.The credit card payment without the signature of card owner will not be able to complete the payment process.

   A Letter of Confrimeation of Registration will be sent to delegate by post or electronic letter (PDF).

   Cancellations or changes, if any, must be notified in writing at the earliest to the Conference Secretariat,in order to make the necessary amendments. The deadline for registration cancellation of Registration,Hotel Reservation and Tour Arrangement is October 1, 2006. Please note that the hotel cancellation must be made directly to the hotel.

   Administration cost for each cancellation will be USD 40. Full amount will be forfeited for cancellationsreceived after October 1, 2006. In case of no-show and no written advice, no refund will be admissible.
