CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
AND ACCOMMODATION

Once the completed registration and
accommodation forms are received, the
acknowledgement message will be
sent via e-mail. The confirmation letter
and receipt of the payment will be
issued and sent to you once payment
is complete.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF
REGISTRATION FEE

The 9th WPCCID Secretariat must be
notified in writing of cancellation of
registration:

• By August 31, 2004: Full refund of
registration fee, less 10% for administration
and bank charges

• By September 30, 2004: 50% refund
of registration fee

• After September 30, 2004: No refund
of registration fee

If you are unable to attend the congress,
a substitute delegate is always welcome
at no extra charge provided the written
notification is received before October
31, 2004. Refunds will be made after
the conference.


CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION
Notification of cancellation must be
made in writing and sent to the congress
secretariat. Cancellation of any hotel
reservation will be accepted until
September 1, 2004 to which date the
hotel deposit will be refunded less an
administrative fee of USD 35. The hotel
deposit cannot be refunded after
September 1, 2004.
